Return Policy Overview:

  • Timeframe: Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Return Process:

  • Contact: To initiate a return, customers should email us at info@zeal-group.com.au.
  • Instructions: Once a return is approved, detailed instructions on how and where to send the item will be provided. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
  • Refunds: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify the customer of the refund status. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. If more than 15 business days have passed without receiving the refund, please contact us at 1300 104 210.

Special Conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: Customers should inspect their order upon receipt and immediately report any defects or incorrect items.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, gift cards, and used items without faults are not eligible for return.
  • Exchanges: Customers wishing to exchange an item should return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

Additional Clauses:

  • Weather Damage: Cold plunge and Ice bath systems with weather damage are not eligible for refunds, as these products are intended for indoor or sheltered outdoor use only.
  • Product Faults: If a product fault is suspected, customers should contact us with their order details and a description of the issue. If confirmed as a manufacturer fault, we may offer a repair, replacement parts, or a full product replacement.
