Delivery Information

Thank you for choosing to shop with us at Focus Thermotherapy! We are committed to ensuring your shopping experience is seamless, including providing efficient and reliable shipping services. Below, you'll find a detailed overview of our shipping process, timelines, and other important information to ensure your delivery is smooth and hassle-free.

Shipping Procedures:

• Warehouse Location: Our warehouse is based in the vibrant city of Melbourne. We take pride in managing local deliveries within the Metro Melbourne area ourselves to ensure the highest level of service.

• Delivery Timelines:

  • Metro Melbourne: If your items are in stock, you can expect delivery within 5 days. In the case of out-of-stock items, please contact our team to receive updated lead times.
  • Outside Melbourne Metro: For orders outside our local delivery area, we partner with Main Freight, a trusted logistics provider. They aim to deliver your order within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery Process:

• Delivery Method: Your sauna or ice bath will be securely delivered on a pallet directly to your driveway. We typically provide 'curbside delivery' in compliance with freight Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) guidelines. This means that the delivery will be made as close to your premises as possible, usually to the curb or pavement outside your property.

• Curbside Delivery Explained: Curbside delivery is the standard for items over 20kg. This service is limited to ground floor access only and excludes stairs, narrow passages, or steep paths. The delivery driver will use a truck or pallet jack to unload the goods onto the pavement. Please note that it is the buyer's responsibility to move the items indoors from this point.

• Packaging Details: Our ice baths are securely crated to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. To assist with moving these heavy items, we recommend using a dolly trolley, which is available at Bunnings or similar hardware stores.

Important Buyer Responsibilities:

To ensure a smooth delivery, it is crucial that you inform Focus Thermotherapy of the following:

• Signature Requirement: If you prefer not to authorize leaving the delivery unattended, please let us know in advance. We can arrange for a signature to be required upon delivery.

• Safe Delivery Location: If you will not be home during the delivery, please provide a preferred safe location where the items can be left.

• Alternate Arrangements for Heavy Items: If you require assistance with deliveries over 20kg, please request alternate delivery arrangements.

• Business Deliveries: If the delivery address is a business property, please provide us with the business hours and the business name to ensure timely delivery.
